Doença de Alzheimer: Novas Abordagens Terapêuticas

Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar uma varredura da literatura médica vigente sobre as novas perspectivas de tratamento para os pacientes com Doença Alzheimer. Foram utilizados como motores busca indexadores Google Scholar, Scielo, Pubmed e Web of Science seleção dos artigos, através unitermos “doença Alzheimer; demência; proteína β amilóide; tau fosforilada; neurodegeneração; tratamento; terapêuticas. Conclui-se que há diversos estudos importantes em andamento capazes modificar a evolução doença. Contudo, ainda são poucas ferramentas retorno capacidade cognitiva pacientes, bem raros envolvendo múltiplas terapias associadas.
